2022 at SoftGeneral: Year in Review

Also, 2022 turned out to be one of the most challenging years for the world, SoftGeneral could become much stronger, more flexible, and more cohesive this year. This has helped us grow despite the circumstances. In this review, we want to share a brief retrospective of the 2022 year and cover updates we’ve implemented over the past year to continue our expansion in 2023.

Helping more clients win the market

By reformatting our approach to recruiting, which effectively made us a multinational company, we actively started cooperating with clients from Western Europe and the US markets. We helped multiple companies to scale their tech units by staffing top-notch dedicated engineers who meet client needs and match corporate standards.

Let’s review how our clients could grow with our help.

For an intelligent US platform that helps healthcare organizations analyze and activate customer interaction data, we significantly improved the front-end part of the product by fixing UI issues and applying new designs.

For a global logistics and distribution company, SoftGeneral staffed a dedicated team of Blockchain, Cloud, and DevOps specialists to help a client, a US-based tech company, to build a full-cycle blockchain-based tracking system that encircled the entire production and distribution life cycle.

Providing more outstaffing services

At the beginning of the year, the SoftGeneral team was focusing on staffing mature Node.js and React.js engineers. However, during 2022, our team could expand the service list with Blockchain, Web3, Metaverse, AI/ML, AR/VR, Cloud, and DevOps outstaffing departments.

The expansion of our expertise takes place exclusively on the principles according to which the SoftGeneral was created. More than 85% of our developers have senior level and at least five years of experience.

Improving quality and project delivery

Such large-scale expansion of expertise fields and company growth is impossible without a deep analysis of operational processes. Before we decided to take this new step, we carefully evaluated the work of each department, the quality of service provision, customer feedback, and the delivery process as a whole.

Our main tasks were to improve the communication between the team, the client, and the delivery manager, build a transparent reporting process capable of identifying critical problems and speed up the hiring process.

These are just a few of our highlights in 2022, with more to come in 2023! We are ready for further expansion to help more companies conquer the market and staff their engineering teams.
